Welcome to DBoS. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with DBoS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which govern your use of the DBoS platform, including our Point of Sale (POS) software, online storefronts, and WhatsApp automation tools.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the DBoS platform to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods according to local laws.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering.
• Distribute malicious software or attempt to breach our security systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.

4. Payment Processing

DBoS integrates with third-party payment providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe) to process transactions. We do not hold your funds directly. By using our payment features, you also agree to the terms of service of our respective payment partners. We are not liable for any disputes between you and your customers regarding refunds, chargebacks, or fulfillment of orders.

5. Subscription Fees

Certain features of the DBoS platform are available only on paid subscription plans (Pro, Business). Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your store data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBoS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
